Job summary

CDOXS Private Limited in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to design, customize, and implement robust ERP solutions. You will lead technical development activities, review code, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires deep expertise in Odoo versions 15–17+, extensive API integration experience, and strong problem-solving and deployment knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Extensive experience with custom module development and Odoo ORM.
• Experience with Odoo versions 15, 16, 17, or later.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and deployment methodologies.
• Proven experience with API integrations (REST, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC).
• Experience with Linux server administration, Git, and Odoo.sh.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Design and implement scalable integrations with third-party systems.
• Optimize system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
