1. Minimum of 4+ years experience in network engineering.
2. Proven incident and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on timely and accurate resolution.
3. Lead network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software, and integration testing, while coordinating activities to avoid disrupting other systems.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and clients to maintain high service levels in a demanding environment.
5. Develop and produce complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software.
