Job summary

Orange Tree Systems in Lahore seeks an experienced DotNet Developer to lead backend engineering for scalable, secure systems powering multi-platform apps. Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong depth in .NET.
• Strong hands-on experience with VB.NET and migration/modernization projects.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and API design (REST; GraphQL a plus).
• SQL Server and PostgreSQL with schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus; healthcare domain exp is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using .NET Core.
• Migrate legacy VB.NET applications to modern C#/.NET Core architecture.
• Refactor and modernize code while preserving business logic and reliability.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Integrate internal and third-party services with a focus on security and performance.
