Job summary

hrsi, based in Karachi, seeks a Manager Infrastructure Construction (Mechanical) South for Project Management & Construction. The role leads planning, execution and delivery of mechanical infrastructure projects, coordinating across disciplines to ensure on-time, cost-effective completion and compliance with standards.

Requirements include a 16-year Mechanical Engineering degree (HEC-recognized) and 6–7 years of post-qualification experience in large-scale mechanical projects, preferably in

Qualifications

• 16 years of Mechanical Engineering education from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related discipline will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of assigned mechanical infrastructure projects for timely delivery.
• Provide scoping and cost estimation support to drive Capital Budget development.
• Ensure PR package preparation for all assigned mechanical projects per tender requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, HSE, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Audit) for integrated delivery.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with Work Orders, SOPs, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.
• Ensure quality of works, materials and equipment; maintain accurate project records and close projects formally.
• Perform design reviews and final inspections to identify issues in workmanship and quality.
