Candidates should hold 16 years of engineering education (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics) and have 3–4 years post-qualification experience in project planning, execution, or construction, with frequent site visits.

Qualifications

• 16 years of education in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
• Minimum 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, execution, construction or project management
• Frequent site visits to supervise construction activities

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all phases of assigned projects for timely development and upgrade of fuel storage infrastructure
• Provide estimation and scoping support to indenting department for capital budget development
• Ensure timely completion of PR packages for assigned projects as per tender requirements and timelines
• Evaluate technologies to optimize project quality, cost and scheduling
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with work orders, standards, HSE and laws
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve field bottlenecks and ensure project closure

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
