A leading healthcare technology company in Pakistan seeks a Senior Manager HR to drive business transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, with at least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior management role. Strong communication skills and expertise in Employment Law are essential. This role is based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Senior Manager HR will be a broad-based human resource generalist with strategic insight and proven leadership experience in HR management. The Senior Manager Human Resources will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving business transformation efforts in the areas of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), policies and procedures, processes, and analytics/reporting. This position will identify new technologies, tools and initiatives that will reduce cost, increase efficiencies and improve HR processes.
