Job summary

HRBS Global in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead day-to-day accounting operations. The role reports to the Manager Finance and is based at DHA Karachi.

The incumbent will drive financial reporting, MIS, tax compliance and internal controls while coordinating with auditors, banks, and internal departments. A strong ERP and accounting software background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in ERP systems, taxation, financial reporting and team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows) and MIS.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and internal departments to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, variance analysis and financial planning.
• Lead and supervise Accounts Officers and junior staff, ensuring data accuracy and process improvements.
