Job summary

Liaquat National Hospital seeks a senior Facilities Manager to plan, organize and supervise day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Department across electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, HVAC and utilities. You will ensure uninterrupted hospital infrastructure and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, Civil, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water supply and other engineering services.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of all hospital buildings and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor facility performance and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility services through appropriate contingency planning.
• Lead renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for construction and maintenance works.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Partner with department heads to drive high-quality facility services for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing engineering systems, infrastructure projects, utilities, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
