Aqovia, an international technology firm, is seeking a seasoned LMS Expert to lead architectural design, configuration, and large-scale deployment of our Digital Learning Management System. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data science, and public sector engagement to align with national curriculum and AI features.

• 5+ years of enterprise Moodle deployments (Moodle Workplace or large-scale multi-tenancy).
• Expert knowledge of PHP and Laravel, with strong debugging and code-review skills.
• Experience implementing LTI, SCORM, and xAPI protocols.
• Proven track record managing high-traffic EdTech platforms with large user bases.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, bridging technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design Moodle architecture to mirror Pakistan's SNC and enable multi-tenant provincial districts.
• Localize UI with RTL language packs for Urdu and regional dialects.
• Embed AI modules (adaptive paths, auto-grading) using LTI, SCORM, and xAPI standards.
• Optimize for low bandwidth; configure PWAs for offline access and performance.
• Develop governance & analytics, with privacy-compliant data reporting.

The Role

Aqovia is seeking a seasoned LMS Expert to spearhead the architectural design, configuration, and large-scale deployment of our Digital Learning Management System (LMS). This platform is engineered to transform advanced learning internationally.

Positioned at the intersection of software engineering, data science, and public sector engagement, you will ensure the platform aligns with the national curriculum while integrating bespoke AI features into the learning journey.

What You Will Do

• Moodle Architecture & Multi-Tenancy: Design and configure Moodle structures to mirror Pakistan’s Single National Curriculum (SNC). Oversee multi-tenant environments enabling provincial districts (Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan) to securely manage localized user bases.

• Linguistic Localization: Direct the integration of right-to-left (RTL) language packs for seamless navigation in Urdu and regional dialects.

• AI & Interoperability: Collaborate with engineers to embed AI-driven modules (adaptive paths, automated grading) into native Moodle workflows using LTI, SCORM, and xAPI standards.

• Accessibility Optimization: Optimize database queries and server-side caching for high performance in low-bandwidth areas, including configuring Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for offline access.

• Governance & Analytics: Align platform structures with data privacy mandates and build custom reporting engines for course officials.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

• Moodle Mastery: 5+ years of experience in enterprise Moodle deployments (Moodle Workplace or large-scale multi-tenancy preferred).

• Development Stack: Expert knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and relational databases, with the capacity to perform deep-dive debugging and code reviews.

• Industry Standards: Demonstrated experience implementing LTI, SCORM, and xAPI protocols.

• Proven Impact: Success managing high-traffic platforms with massive user bases within higher education, or EdTech sectors.

• Communication: Fluent in both English and Urdu, with the ability to bridge technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering digital solutions in emerging markets with infrastructure/low-bandwidth constraints.

• Familiarity with UX patterns for AI components and real-time feedback latency.

• Commitment to web accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
