WebSphereX, a software development and AI solutions company, is seeking an experienced Senior LinkedIn Business Development Executive to lead our B2B lead generation efforts through LinkedIn and email outreach, engaging key decision-makers and converting qualified prospects into business opportunities.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore. Working hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, on-site, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of LinkedIn outreach and B2B experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with US/European clients.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
• Research target companies and build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Manage the complete outreach process from initial contact through lead qualification and meeting scheduling.
• Maintain prospect data and pipeline in CRM tools.
