Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network, data center, and endpoint management in a fast-growing environment.

You will work across Cisco Meraki networks, VMware virtualization, MDM, Google Workspace, and automation with AI-driven tools, aligning technical outcomes with business goals and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and network administration.
• Strong VMware virtualization and data center management skills.
• Experience with SIP/PRI telephony and VoIP.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms and zero-trust security.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and patch/endpoint management.
• Ability to design API-based integrations and automate IT workflows.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network, data center, and endpoint systems.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and patching.
• Manage security, licensing, and ITSM processes across services.
• Collaborate with security, applications, and support teams on infra projects.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
