Job summary

Careem is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain network, server, voice, and end‑user management infrastructure across offices and data centers. You will work on VMware, Cisco Meraki, MDM platforms, and AI‑driven automation to improve operations and security.

The role requires strong networking, virtualization, identity management, and security expertise, plus clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki network administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain network, server, voice and end-user management infrastructure across offices and data center.
• Configure and support Voice Gateways (SIP/PRI) and telephony infrastructure.
• Administer MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Microsoft, Apple Business Manager).
• Manage Google Workspace user provisioning and security settings.
• Own patch management for Windows and Mac endpoints and servers.
• Lead AI‑driven automation opportunities across IT operations.
• Apply ITIL foundation principles across incident, problem, change, and request management.
