Contour Software Pvt Ltd is expanding its CORA Loyalty IT team and seeks an IT Infrastructure Analyst to own enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user computing. You will ensure security, availability, and performance across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint tools while delivering a superior employee experience.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise IT Infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsabilidades
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Azure infrastructure, Intune, and Entra ID for corporate IT.
- Support Windows Server environments and security tooling for Zero Trust posture.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and contribute to incident and change management.
