Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Senior System (Cloud) & Network Engineer to join our Information Systems & Technology team. You will lead the design, administration, security, and optimization of cloud, server, virtualization, and network infrastructure across our global operations.

The role emphasizes high availability and cybersecurity, with responsibilities spanning Azure, M365, Google Workspace, VMware, Fortinet, and Cisco gear.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience administering Google Workspace environments.
• Hands‑on experience managing Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco enterprise switching, and Ruckus wireless infrastructure.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed offices and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience working in ISO 27001 or other compliance‑driven environments will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure secure, highly available IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Administer Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Meet, Groups, user provisioning, and security controls.
• Deploy and optimize Microsoft Azure resources such as VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure Backup, Site Recovery, Monitor, and security services.
• Manage Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Deploy and optimize VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, VMs, clusters, HA, DR).
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Manage Fortinet Firewalls and Cisco/Ruckus networking gear; maintain security policies and firmware.
• Implement and optimize security technologies including MFA, Defender, and endpoint protection.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Azure Backup) and run DR testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and ensure SLAs; mentor junior engineers.
