Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent, with a Masters preferred.
• Minimum 6 years IT experience, including 3 years in IT Audit Coordination or IT Compliance, preferably in banks.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, information security, IT governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory environment, banking standards, and IT Governance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret directives/audit requirements and translate into IT controls and compliance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT Compliance Management function, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate IT compliance activities related to internal/external audits and SBP/regulatory inspections.
• Prepare regulatory responses, compliance reports, management attestations, and audit evidence.
• Monitor IT audit observations and regulatory findings, ensuring timely closure of issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Business Units for effective compliance.
• Review and maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to align with regulatory requirements.
