Job summary

IOM invites qualified candidates for a finance/fiduciary role to strengthen IP procedures in Pakistan. You will review IP budgets, ensure procurement in line with rules, and support financial reporting and audits.

Ideal candidates will have accounting or finance background, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or UN accounting systems. Urdu↔English translations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field with four years of relevant experience; or
• High school degree with six years of relevant experience; Professional certification like CA/CPA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review IP budget proposals for reasonableness and unit costs; ensure procurement compliance.
• Support IP financial reviews and audits; prepare Work Programs and substantive testing scope.
• Mentor IP staff and strengthen accountability through process improvements and training.
• Translate documents from Urdu to English as needed.
