Role Summary

We are establishing our HR department and seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior HR Manager to lead this critical function from our Lahore office. This role demands a proactive leader who can build HR systems from the ground up, manage internal teams, and align HR operations with our global standards. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and strategic development of Brainotech’s HR department
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Develop and enforce HR policies covering attendance, leave, conduct, payroll, and grievance handling
  • Define job roles, KPIs, and reporting structures across departments
  • Oversee internal hiring and external recruitment for new teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of salaries, bonuses, holidays, and attendance
  • Conduct weekly performance evaluations and coordinate feedback with team leads
  • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and professional growth
  • Resolve internal conflicts and support employee well-being
  • Collaborate with global teams (Germany, UAE, India) to ensure HR alignment and compliance
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in HR operations, policy creation, and team management
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised, discreet, and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch
