Role Description

The Senior Full Stack Engineer role at 27 Media Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support artist facilitation, event management, and PR workflows. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing and managing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party platforms, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing systems. This role also involves mentoring other engineers, contributing to technical best practices, and participating in architecture and technology stack decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Hands-on experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software architecture, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices to ensure reliable deployments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance applications, with experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code.
• Comfort working closely with non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and documenting requirements and processes.
• Previous experience in a senior engineering role, including mentoring or leading developers, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with event management, media, or PR environments is a plus, along with an interest in working with artists and creative teams.
