Pump Creative is seeking a Senior Web Developer for a part-time, on-site role in Karachi. You will lead the planning, development and maintenance of responsive websites and apps that support marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate with designers, content specialists and strategists to translate concepts into robust digital experiences, review code, and mentor other developers while staying current with emerging web technologies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills with modern frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid Back-End Web Development with secure, scalable server-side solutions.
• Comprehensive Web Development covering full-stack workflows and third-party integrations.
• Experience translating brand and campaign requirements into technical solutions with creative teams.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one server-side language (Node.js, PHP or Python).

Role Description

The Senior Web Developer is a part-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. Daily responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring site performance, security, and scalability. The Senior Web Developer will collaborate closely with designers, content specialists, and marketing strategists to translate creative concepts into robust digital experiences, while reviewing code, mentoring other developers, and maintaining best practices in web development. The role also includes troubleshooting technical issues, managing deployment workflows, and staying current with emerging web technologies and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with modern frameworks, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and maintainable server-side solutions.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering full-stack workflows, integration of third-party services, and optimization of performance and accessibility.
