The ideal candidate will take full ownership of digital solution implementation within a manufacturing environment, oversee the internal development team, and serve as the primary point of contact for all software-related initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and mentor the internal development team to deliver robust software solutions


Analyze business and operational needs to design and implement customized full-stack systems


Plan and manage project timelines, assign development tasks, and track progress


Conduct code reviews and uphold high-quality development standards


Develop, maintain, and upgrade both existing and new applications with scalable architectures


Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical designs


Optimize performance, reliability, and security of digital systems


Prepare clear technical documentation and contribute to system architecture planning




Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field


Minimum 5 years of solid experience in full-stack development


Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js)


Strong back-end expertise with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies


Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB


Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and deployment workflows


Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure environments


Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
