Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems with customer-facing software.
• Proven AI feature delivery at scale.
• Strong fundamentals: OO, design patterns, testing, security, performance.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes and drive biggest levers each sprint.
• Build with AI as a primary tool (OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops).
• Ship prototypes fast and raise the codebase bar (reviews, tests, observability).
• Work directly with customers on real claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows.
• Push team standards, engineering practices, and internal tools adoption.
