Job summary

Orbilect Labs is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of polished, high-performing web interfaces from Karachi. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into maintainable user experiences.

You will drive frontend architecture, coding standards, testing practices, and performance improvements while ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience building reusable components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling async data flows.
• Ability to write tests and use debugging techniques; strong code quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, accessible components.
• Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and secure features.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance across devices.
