Job summary

Techsurge Private Limited is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to maintain and enhance our platform's frontend codebase for web and mobile, collaborating with backend and design teams to boost usability and performance.

The role requires 6+ years in banking/fintech or enterprise solutions, strong React/React Native, HTML/CSS/JS, TypeScript, and REST/GraphQL integration. You will contribute to scalable codebases and agile processes within a dynamic product environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of Banking or Fintech or Enterprise Solutions
• 6+ years of experience in the relevant domain
• React JS
• React Native
• HTML, CSS and Javascript (ES6)
• TypeScript
• React Test Library and Jest
• iOS and/or Android
• Agile Methodology
• Component Libraries
• Build and Deployment of Mobile and Web Apps
• Experience in building large and modular codebases, using monorepos
• Strong understanding of REST API and/or Graphql and knowledge of how to interface with them
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emergingdisruptive technologies
• Believes in culture of transparency and trust
• Open to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the platform frontend codebase
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile and web based features
• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve the usability
• Recommend appropriate technologies to implement new features.
• Build, deliver, and iterate to help scale features.
• Create new methods for improving efficiency.
• software configuration management and version control.
• Be an active participant in grooming and planning, to ensure that acceptance criteria are clear.
