Job summary

The Children's Place in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights driving strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel proficiency, analytical skills, and experience with SAP and Hyperion Essbase, enabling you to build models and drive data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to build digestible summary reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze financial results and variances against budget/forecast; provide actionable insights
• Support monthly reporting packages for senior leadership, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
• Maintain and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and business cases
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within FP&A workflows
