Job summary

Aqovia is seeking a Senior/Lead Developer to own the architecture and delivery of a white-labeled mobile platform. You will drive the Flutter client and Firebase BFF stack, including secure Cloud Functions and a scalable Firestore model for real-time UI updates.

Lead technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Azure and product teams to define the roadmap and integration points for a composable fintech solution.

Qualifications

• Expert Flutter & Dart development with iOS/Android apps.
• Deep Firebase knowledge: Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, FCM.
• Experience delivering a BFF architecture for mobile apps.
• Terraform IaC experience for multi-tenant projects is a plus.
• Strong data modeling for denormalized Firestore schemas.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and ownership in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Flutter frontend and Firebase BFF for a white-labeled mobile platform.
• Architect, implement, test, and deploy Cloud Functions (TypeScript/Node.js).
• Design Firestore schemas for real-time, high-performance UI updates.
• Lead security rules, authentication, and per-tenant data isolation.
