Job summary

HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally in Karachi seeks an experienced Flutter mobile developer to design, build, and maintain fintech apps for Android and iOS.

You will work with product, backend, and QA teams, implement secure API integrations, apply best practices, and mentor juniors while delivering scalable, high‑quality apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of Flutter architecture and state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience developing and maintaining production‑grade Android and iOS applications.
• Hands‑on experience integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs.
• Strong understanding of secure mobile application development, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure data storage.
• Experience working on FinTech, digital banking, payment gateways, wallets, lending platforms, or other financial applications is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Firebase services, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app deployment processes.
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for financial products and services.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high‑performance mobile components following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across Android and iOS platforms.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and production defects.

• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
