Job summary

Aqovia is seeking a visionary Lead Flutter Engineer in Pakistan to spearhead our mobile ecosystem and drive high-performance architecture.

You will lead, collaborate, and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver scalable Flutter/Dart applications with modern state management and robust CI/CD practices, while shaping our BaaS platform’s mobile stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in Flutter & Dart production apps.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable state management.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Architect: Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of our BaaS mobile applications.
• Collaborate: Work within a high-octane, cross-functional Agile team (Devs, QA, DevOps, and PMs).
• Mentor: Guide and elevate mid-level developers while establishing coding best practices and robust CI/CD pipelines.
