Job summary

EDOTCO Group seeks an experienced Head of Finance Operations to lead IFRS reporting, statutory compliance, and governance for multi-entity entities in Pakistan. You will steer financial controls, treasury coordination, tax, and revenue assurance while partnering with senior management to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial reporting, strong IFRS knowledge, and proven leadership across large teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, audit, taxation, treasury, or finance operations.
• Exposure to IFRS, governance frameworks, and multi-entity reporting environments.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale corporate environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, controls, and timelines across entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits and quarterly reviews; resolve issues.
