Senior Fashion Designer

We are hiring fashion designers for women's luxury pret. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Islamabad.

Requirements:

1. Research current trends, fabrics, and styles in Eastern wear to develop innovative and market-driven designs.
2. Create mood boards, sketches, and digital designs for seasonal collections.
3. Work closely with the fabric and production teams to ensure designs are executed efficiently.
4. Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with brand aesthetics and quality standards.
5. Oversee the sampling and prototyping process, making necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit and finish.
6. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align designs with brand strategy and customer preferences.
7. Maintain multi-head knowledge and expertise in fashion design.

Preferences:

1. Stay updated with cultural and regional fashion trends to introduce fresh and appealing styles.
2. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are cost-effective for production.
3. Candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail companies, are encouraged to apply.
