Sun Pharma is seeking a Senior Executive in Toansa to lead production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of batches while adhering to quality and cost parameters. The role demands 12–18 years of API plant experience and strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations.

You will maintain critical documents, drive CAPA and quality improvements, and ensure equipment readiness and regulatory compliance across the plant. Join a team focused on excellence and sustained growth.

Qualificações

• Tenure: 12–18 years in API plant with strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience in production operations and compliance with written procedures.
• Experience with CAPA, regulatory documentation and QA audits.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and supervise production plant activities to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Ensure waste and water consumption are minimized and within limits.
• Maintain all relevant process, regulatory and engineering documents in the module.
• Adhere to cGMPs, safety SOPs and company code of conduct in the plant.
• Prepare/Review SOPs, risk assessments and calibrations; maintain equipment readiness.
• Manage SAP, TrackWise CAPA, LMS & DCM activities for the job profile.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operations of production plant.
2. Ensuring delivery of scheduled production as per the plan meeting quality and cost parameters.
3. Evaluating opportunities for reduction of waste generation and water wastage.
4. Ensuring availability and updation of all relevant process, regulatory, statutory, engineering documents in the module.
5. Ensuring production activities are performed as per approved written down procedures.
6. Issuance of the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Equipment cleaning record (ECR) for production of intermediates or APIs according to current SOPs.
7. To perform all SAP, Track wise CAPA, LMS & DCM activities relevant to the job profile.
8. Preparation, review & approval of SOPs as assigned.
9. Preparing/Reviewing of risk impact analysis, risk assessment & risk re-assessment.
10. Reviewing the trend of Quality and production parameters of intermediates & APIs.
11. Ensuring necessary calibrations and records are maintained.
12. Ensuring timely maintenance of equipment & facility and records are maintained.
13. Ensuring compliance to cGMPs, safety procedures, current SOPs, statutory guidelines and Company’s code of conduct in the plant.
14. Training and development of subordinates and indulge in learning and self-development.
15. Maintaining discipline, morale, motivation of every employee in plant and maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
16. To ensure necessary Maintenance completion in Plant.
17. To ensure that upkeep of plant for all time readiness for inspection.
