Position Related


This role is responsible for supporting Cash Management process for different geographies and sub processes. This will include recording bank bookings in General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, stakeholder management, participation in ongoing projects and reporting on delivery services to the in-scope business units. This role will also be responsible for day-to-day compliance to Service Level Agreements and execution of daily routines.


Goals:


  • Ensuring compliance with bank reconciliation routines.
  • Driving process standardization across the Group.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve procedures.
  • Adhere to agreed SLAs & KPIs along with relationship management with key stakeholders like other TSS teams and financial controllers.

Your typical day at work:


  • Bank Reconciliation of Multiple Telenor Business units.
  • Review and process transactions as per Standard operating procedures in Cash Management.
  • Follow-up of open items with relevant teams.
  • Perform Month end closing as per the deadlines.
  • Handle the queries from stakeholders.
  • Reporting to line management on overall performance for this process.
  • Ensuring documentation and updating SOPs.
  • Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria


Qualified ACCA, CA finalist, ICMA or bachelor’s or master's degree in finance / accounting work experience:


4+ years of experience at reputable organization / shared services / MNCs / Especially in Order to Cash functions will be an advantage.


Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas


  • Excellent communications skills with proficiency in Verbal & Written English language.
  • Ready to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
  • Good Time-management and strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated to undertake responsibilities and work without supervision.
  • Ability to bond and adjust within the team and department.
