Job summary

DHL Group in Lahore is seeking a Senior Executive Finance to support Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable processes, aiming to minimize credit risk in line with policies and compliance requirements.

The role involves coordinating with customers, banks, and SPO for invoice submission, payment collection, and accurate posting in the accounting system, while assisting the head of Credit Control with monthly reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage customer relations and resolve disputes.
• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or OTC processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Credit Customers at Branch.
• Coordinate with SPO for invoice submission.
• Recover outstanding amounts and resolve disputes with customers.
• Post and allocate receipts in accounting software.
• Reconcile ledgers with customers and vendors as needed.
• Support monthly reporting and branch bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accruals and annual financial audit records.

Overview

We are seeking application for the position of “Senior Executive Finance” who will be responsible to support to develop and administer Credit & Collections / Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes and activities to investigate and minimize credit risk in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Credit Customer at Branch.
• Coordination with SPO for proper submission of Invoices.
• Coordination with SPO and Customers to recover outstanding amounts
• Meeting with Customers for disputes resolution
• To manage Posting and allocation receipts into accounting software
• Coordinating with banks for un-reconciled receipts
• Reconciliation outstanding ledgers with customer
• Support to head of Credit Control for meeting Monthly reporting
• Bank Reconciliation for Branch Bank Account
• Maintaining Branch Petty Expenses
• Coordination with corporate office for branch vendor payments
• Reconciliation outstanding ledgers with vendors
• Maintaining record for annual financial audits
• Maintaining monthly Accruals/Advances Schedules
• Actualization of Accruals in CW1
• Approving credit hold documents in CW1

3-4 years of experience in related field
