Job summary

Mercurial Minds (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an Engagement Partner to provide senior leadership for large-scale information-systems and forensic audit engagements in Pakistan.

The role targets professionals with 20+ years of experience and a proven record of delivering major audits in regulated sectors. The successful candidate will guide planning, execution, findings validation, and final reporting while engaging senior stakeholders and maintaining strict independence and professional standards

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience in information systems or forensic auditing.
• Proven track record leading at least two large-scale engagements.
• Experience in utilities or public revenue systems advantageous.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership: provide strategic direction for large-scale information-systems and forensic audit engagements.
• Audit Planning & Oversight: define scope, objectives, methodologies, milestones.
• Information Systems & Forensic Audit Oversight: supervise audits of complex information systems and processes.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: engage with senior leaders and institutional representatives.
• Audit Quality & Governance: ensure standards, governance, and engagement protocols.
• Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution: identify and prioritize risks and control weaknesses.
• Team Leadership: guide multidisciplinary audit and technical teams.
• Findings & Recommendations: validate observations and ensure evidence-based conclusions.
• Executive Reporting: oversee audit reports and executive summaries.
• Engagement Delivery: monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
