About the Role:

This role acts as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal in the employee relations domain. It involves creating a positive employee experience by facilitating unbiased resolution of complaints and concerns, supporting the open-door policy, and investigating legal charges or complaints. The position reports to the HRBP Director.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Serve as the main contact and ER investigator for employee relations issues.
  2. Conduct investigations of varying difficulty and sensitivity, providing recommendations for resolution.
  3. Manage assigned cases, ensuring timely resolution, and maintain detailed logs and documentation.
  4. Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
  5. Facilitate the open-door process and investigate related complaints or legal charges.
  6. Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to plan and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to enhance organizational capability.
  7. Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution when required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in HRBP, with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations.
  • Effective conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
