Job summary

Mobiz is looking for a Senior Manager Dynamics 365 to own and govern the Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Business Central. You will lead configuration, integrations, and data health while driving user adoption across North America, KSA, and remote regions.

The role requires deep Dynamics expertise, strong Power Platform skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through well-governed Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
5+ years of IT experience with Dynamics 365.
Deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Business Central (ERP).
Proficiency with Power Platform and BI tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communications.

Responsibilities

Own Dynamics 365 Sales as platform of record and configure pipeline stages.
Govern data quality and publish weekly CRM health dashboards.
Administer Business Central, including GL, AP/AR, and payroll integration.
Lead integration with ServiceNow and Azure services.
Drive end-user adoption and train users.
Lead a team of admins and developers and manage roadmap.
