Job summary

Mobiz is seeking a Senior Manager Dynamics 365 to own the Dynamics CRM and Business Central platform, govern configuration, integrations, user adoption, and operational workflows that drive revenue and financial operations across global regions.

You will lead platform health, governance, upgrades, and partner with CRO and finance to deliver quarterly roadmaps, align with Power Platform, ServiceNow, and data management practices.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central configuration and governance.
• Experience designing and governing cross-system integrations (CRM, ERP, ServiceNow).
• Strong focus on user adoption, security roles, and platform health metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 Sales and ServiceNow integrations to support revenue and MSP delivery.
• Administer Business Central, including AP/AR, payroll imports, and multi-currency reconciliations.
• Manage security, ALM, and environment health across Production, UAT, and Sandbox.
• Lead Power Platform and data integration efforts with Azure Data Factory and Dataverse.
• Drive user adoption through training, governance, and monthly health reports.
