Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Digital Product Expert to lead end-to-end Card product and service development, ensuring an optimal customer journey across global operations. You will harmonize processes, drive sprint events, and coordinate with IT to translate strategy into working software.

The role requires deep knowledge of cards/consumer finance, strong requirements gathering, and proven leadership, with a focus on cost-effective delivery and market relevance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Cards/Consumer Finance banking experience.
• Minimum of 5 years gathering requirements and translating into user requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, harmonizes and phases out customer processes for products and services.
• Designs strategy around products, channels, pricing, and journey optimization.
• Directs implementation of strategy and tracks squad progress.
• Prioritizes backlog in line with strategy and customer interests.
• Translates business solutions into working software with IT teams.
