Job summary

AIO App Inc in Islamabad is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and manage automated deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure on AWS, write automation scripts, mentor junior engineers, and stay ahead of DevOps trends in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• In-depth understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated deployment pipelines for applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure, cloud services, and related DevOps tools.
• Manage and maintain AWS cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across infrastructure and application stacks.
• Ensure systems meet high standards for reliability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in DevOps.
