Job summary

AIO App Inc in Islamabad is seeking experienced Node.js developers to design and implement new systems and features, and to maintain existing ones in a fast-paced startup environment. You will drive server-side development, APIs, and scalable architectures to support growing demand.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years backend experience with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, ExpressJS, NestJS), strong SQL skills, familiar with Git and CI/CD, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset suitable for

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
• 3 to 5 years hands-on Backend Development using JavaScript framework (NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS).
• Knowledge of REST Web Services/APIs.
• Strong Database Knowledge, SQL, Query Optimization.
• Good experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with source control (GIT) and CI/CD, for example, Jenkins.
• Experience with unit testing - Mocha or Jest framework.
• Good expertise in writing scalable and optimized code. Experience with other JavaScript frameworks - ReactJS, Angular.
• Interest in front-end UX development and good architectural design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop server-side logic for web applications using JavaScript/Node.js.
• Build scalable applications to handle increasing traffic and data.
• Design and implement APIs for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Write and test clean, efficient, maintainable code.
• Manage databases, write SQL queries, ensure data security.
• Stay updated with new trends and technologies in web development.
