You will own end-to-end model development, collaborate with ML engineers, and mentor junior team members while delivering impact across forecasting, optimization, and decision-science initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied data science experience with production model deployment.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks and model evaluation.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own model development, experimentation, and production readiness.
• Develop forecasting, optimization, recommendation, and decision-science models.
• Perform feature engineering, EDA, and statistical analysis to identify meaningful patterns.
• Design rigorous model evaluation, validation, and testing frameworks.
• Validate model performance, fairness, and bias before go-live.
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Architects to productionize models.
• Present model results, trade-offs, and uncertainty to business stakeholders.
• Lead complex decision-intelligence engagements when required.
