Job summary

NorthBay - Pakistan is hiring a Senior Data Engineer with strong AWS, Redshift, Oracle PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL skills to build and optimize data pipelines and scalable data platforms.

You will develop ETL workflows on AWS, write complex SQL, tune queries, and collaborate with other engineers to improve data architecture. This role expects 4–7 years of relevant experience and offers a hybrid work arrangement in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering or Database Development.
• Strong experience with AWS data services and Redshift.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows on AWS.
• Write efficient SQL queries and build stored procedures in PL/SQL and PL/pgSQL.
• Work with Amazon Redshift for analytics and data processing.
• Perform query optimization and performance tuning.
• Support data integration and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot database and data pipeline issues.
• Collaborate with lead engineers on architecture and enhancements.
