Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead its IS&T security program and safeguard critical information assets. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, perform risk assessments, and drive security governance across technologies.

The role emphasizes ISO27001, SOC 2, privacy controls, and incident response, with opportunities to influence security architecture and defense across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, governance, risk & compliance, privacy and security operations.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity programs.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy frameworks, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Support ISMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and support internal/external security audits and vendor security reviews.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor security posture.
• Lead security incidents, including containment, eradication, and post-incident reviews.
