INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the development and management of the organization’s cybersecurity, privacy, governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will drive security operations, incident response, and security architecture across cloud and on-premises environments, aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), privacy, and security operations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity and information security programs.
• Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy frameworks, and security operations.
• Demonstrated ability to protect organizational information assets while aligning security initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support ISMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NCA ECC, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and support internal/external information security audits and vendor reviews.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness, training, and phishing simulations.
• Support BCP/DR planning and testing.
• Prepare security dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
