INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead our Information Systems & Technology security, privacy, governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will develop and maintain security controls across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring regulatory alignment and business resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, CS, IT or related field.
• 4–6 years in cybersecurity, GRC, privacy and security operations.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity programs.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and security operations.
• Demonstrated ability to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and guidelines.
• Support ISMS implementation and continual improvement.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Plan and support internal/external security audits and vendor reviews.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness, training, and phishing simulations.
• Lead incident response activities and post-incident reviews.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Monitor security alerts and incidents using incident response procedures.
