Job summary

foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Specialist, Performance (Courier Pricing) to design and optimize rider payment and incentive strategies across 16 markets. You will bridge business goals with field operations, using data-driven insights to improve earnings and logistics performance while maintaining financial sustainability.

Qualifications

3+ years in high-growth tech, logistics or related fields.
University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker.

Responsibilities

Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across markets.
Monitor cost-per-order trends and ensure profitability targets.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvement areas.
Roll out advanced data science models and automation for payments and efficiency.
Introduce innovative pricing concepts (dynamic pricing, surge) to improve performance.
Collaborate with Central Product to translate requirements into product requests and ensure adoption.
Engage with operations, finance, product and market teams to scale solutions.
