10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced contracts professional to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with US-based clients, vendors, and partners. The role emphasizes risk assessment, practical negotiation positions, and facilitating efficient deal closure.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Leadership to balance business priorities with legal risk, while ensuring compliance with US laws and privacy requirements for technology services.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in commercial contracts or in-house legal roles.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with US-based clients, vendors, or partners.
• Strong knowledge of US contract law and technology contracts.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software-related agreements.
• Assess key terms including liability, IP, confidentiality, data security, and termination.
• Provide guidance on US contracting requirements and cross-border considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership to support deal closure.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting technology services and cross-border operations.
