vasl-talent is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator for an on-site role in Islamabad, working at Plaza ONE, near DHA Phase 2. You will prepare cost estimates and bids for fencing projects, detailing labor and material costs for multiple simultaneous bids.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in construction management or related field, 5+ years as a construction estimator, and strong proficiency in Excel, CAD tools, Bluebeam, Planswift, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a construction estimator, preferably in fencing.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods for fencing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a Fence Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and pricing details for clients with and commercial projects. Your duties will include placing bids for fence building jobs, submitting detailed labor and materials cost plans, estimating multiple projects simultaneously, and using computer programs to provide accurate project estimates and outlines.

Key Responsibilities
