Job summary

Trans Global Services (TGS) in Lahore is seeking a highly experienced Sales Closer for our US Auto Warranty Campaign. The ideal candidate will handle qualified leads, present warranty plans, and close sales with a proven track record in US-based telesales.

You must be able to work the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM night shift and exceed targets consistently, leveraging strong English communication and persuasive skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Closer.
• Prior experience in a US Auto Warranty campaign is highly preferred.
• Excellent English spoken and communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of telesales and customer handling techniques.
• Confident, self-motivated, and highly target-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is preferred.
• Must be willing to work the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM night shift.
