Job description

To achieve individual sales target that contributes to the MS country target annual budget commitment, through sales of Spaceman products and services, consulting projects, training and support.

The vacancy requires a qualified and motivated person. A lot of efforts require in this job and candidate should have dedication and motivation.

Job Specification
  1. The MS marketing strategy aligns to the Company RMS strategy and client portfolios.
  2. Deliver the individual financial target as defined within the annual budget.
  3. Provide weekly sales forecasts, input to country plan (market plan) and 1 yr rolling forecast to the Business Unit Manager.
  4. Develop and support a dedicated MS client base.
  5. Manage and monitor key client activity through a defined Client Management Process, to ensure that client needs and expectations are met and developed.
  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing Company clients, and non-Company clients selling MS products and services designed for this target market.
  7. Sell, deliver and implement full range of MS products and services (includes software, training and consulting projects) maximising client value and ROI, leveraging the use of clients internal systems and data streams.
  8. Maximise client value by providing a total solution to their business needs by introducing colleagues and their services from other Company departments.
  9. Participate in and manage merchandising projects, working with MS Consulting sub groups when appropriate.
  10. Contribute to larger international consulting projects through sub teams on a geographical basis, if and when needed.
  11. Deliver client training courses on SPACEMAN applications from entry to medium/high level (including basics, reporting and analysis).
  12. Cover client support, and participate in various client- and market events (including user-groups, open training days, conferences, etc).
  13. Incorporate services from other Company departments to provide clients with a Total Solution to their business needs.
  14. Actively coach junior team members.
