Job summary

Sunia Zain Architects seeks a Senior CAD Operator with 5+ years of architectural drafting experience. You will prepare detailed drawing sets in AutoCAD and create 3D sketches in SketchUp, translating concepts into construction-ready documents.

You will coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines. AI tools integration and evolving CAD knowledge are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a CAD Operator or Architectural Draftsperson.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting, detailing, layouts, annotations, and drawing standards.
• Proven ability to independently prepare complete architectural working drawing sets.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction details, dimensions, materials, and building components.
• Practical experience with SketchUp for 3D modelling and design development.
